Terms of Service

1. Service description

Deep Insight Agent ("the Service") is provided by 造物云 (Zaowuyun) and is a deep meeting-insight analysis tool built on large language models.

2. Accounts and credits

• 100 free credits on sign-up, for trial use
• Credits are deducted by real LLM cost (1 credit ≈ ¥0.30 of service cost)
• Top-up credits are non-refundable (for the portion used); the unused portion is refunded pro rata when an enterprise agreement ends
• Credits are refunded automatically if an analysis fails

3. Your commitments

• For the recordings you upload, you have obtained participants' consent to record (where applicable)
• Don't upload illegal content (gambling, obscenity, violence, content endangering national security, etc.)
• Don't use the Service to infringe others' rights (trade secrets, personal privacy, etc.)
• Don't abuse the API (scraping, bulk arbitrage, etc.)

4. Our commitments

• Hard multi-tenant isolation — your data isn't seen by other users
• We don't use your data to train models
• We provide 99% service uptime (excluding planned maintenance and force majeure)
• If a fault causes a credit loss, we compensate it in full

5. Content copyright

• Recordings / transcripts you upload: copyright remains yours; we obtain only a limited right to use them for "analysis processing"
• Analysis output: copyright is yours, and you're free to use, cite, or resell it
• The Service's methodology: MIT open source — you're free to use, modify, and redistribute it

6. Limitation of liability

The Service's analysis output is a reference to support decision-making and does not constitute professional advice. For major decisions, we recommend judging in light of your actual situation; we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on the Service's output.

7. Termination and suspension

• You can close your account at any time (/settings → Danger zone)
• Violating Section 3 of these terms → immediate suspension, with topped-up credits non-refundable
• We give 30 days' email notice before shutting down the Service, and refund unused credits in full

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are submitted to the jurisdiction of the Hangzhou Internet Court.
