1. Who we are

Deep Insight Agent is developed and operated by 造物云 (Zaowuyun) ("we" or "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data.

2. What we collect

• Account info: email (for sign-in and notifications)
• Analysis content: the transcripts and audio files you paste or upload
• Usage records: analysis times, methods chosen, credit changes, API call logs
• Payment info: top-up transactions (we don't store full payment card numbers)

3. How we use it

• Run the analysis tasks you initiate, and save the results to your account
• Cross-recording tracking: automatically accumulate participant profiles, used only for your next analysis (not shared across users)
• Billing settlement and operation of the credit system
• Troubleshooting and system improvement (de-identified)

4. What we never do

• Never use your data to train any LLM
• Never disclose your analysis content to other users (hard multi-tenant isolation + RLS)
• Never sell your data to third parties
• Never request permissions unrelated to analysis without telling you

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to process your data:

• Anthropic Claude: LLM analysis. Anthropic commits to deleting API data after 30 days and not using it for training
• Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Tingwu: called only when you upload audio yourself; we retrieve the results immediately once transcription completes
• Supabase: database and storage

6. Data storage and cross-border transfer

By default, deployed in Singapore / Hong Kong. With the Enterprise edition's on-prem deployment, your data stays entirely on your servers and never leaves your jurisdiction.

7. Data retention

• Analysis records: until you manually delete them or close your account
• Original audio: kept for 30 days after transcription, then can be deleted manually
• Billing transactions: retained for 5 years as required by law

8. Your rights

• Access, export, and delete your data (via /settings)
• Close your account (deletes all data, unrecoverable)
• Appeal a processing error: hi@zaowuyun.com

9. Minors

This service is for users aged 16 and over. If we find a minor's account, we will close it and delete the data.

10. Changes

Policy updates are emailed to all registered users and take effect 30 days after the change.
